Sorry if a dumb question but will we need to be level 30 for this..? If so... Need to do some more raiding.. Lol

No u need to be lvl 28 to do normal raid and 32 to do hard one. Like in vog its 4lvl between normal and hard mode.

Yes it is. Lvl 30 for normal. 32 for hard. 31 will be able to do hard but it will be a lot tougher. You will be able to buy raid armor(most likely one tho) from one of the vendors.

No, in fact it should be easier to reach lvl 30 with the dlc.

Yes the normal mode raid is lv30 difficulty
