Well, the only thing I see on the Jolder's Hammer is that all the barrels remove Stability with no Stability perks. I didn't find it very controllable like that. Take a Knee is interesting... I'm not sure how much of the overall spread is due to the erratic recoil pattern and actual spread that TaK would reduce. I'd fire it into a wall in PvE, then crouch and fire it again at the same spot and see how it changes the pattern. Reactive Reload is alright but hard to use with the long reload and you'll probably only reload once in PvP to load the extra reserve ammo.
If you don't find it controllable, I'd reroll for Perfect Balance/Aggressive Ballistics. It usually takes around 20 motes to get. You'll get a bit less ammo (52 from 75) even with The Armamentarium but the massive Stability increase (plus the fact that 52 rounds is a very comfortable Relentless and even a Reign of Terror already) would be useful. If you don't mind the Stability, leave it.
The Perun's Fire is excellent. One of mine is identical. Red Dot OAS will add a nice chunk of Stability to make it more manageable when ADS to take advantage of Rangefinder + Hammerforged. Good Stability, good Range and high base charge speed, plus you have an option for Accelerated Coils should you need that small amount of extra charge speed. Armor Piercing Rounds are also pretty fun in PvE.
