Here's the thing. What am I shooting for? I have exploding rounds, one random bullet gets a damage boost, and increased stability for kills. The only thing that I know I want is the clip increase to 13 like my brother. What perks are available? When do I stop?

I would just scroll through this post and see what perks people have on theirs. There's no "best" set up. It all depends on your playing style and what you think best fits it
