Performance Bonus is virtually useless on Primary weapons in PvP. Perfect Balance is good, Third Eye is also nice but a damage bonus is usually more helpful. If you have the motes, I'd roll for one of: Perfect Balance or Flared Magwell/Luck in the Chamber Flared Magwell or Outlaw/Reactive Reload Field Scout/Crowd Control unless you really like Third Eye.
