Question can you reforge the rank 5 scout and get explosive rounds as modifier in combination with precision shots causing explosions. ALso, does anyone think it would be good to grab a perun fusion rifle and reforge it till you get pentration on it so it kills anything in a line or does it lack the impact for that modifier.... thank you
