Arc blade can't be nerfed in that way or the class would be worthless. If they nerf it, the duration should be toned down by a lot. Make it so that if they spec into duration AND have the third eye helm they still lose super bar even if they get a kill. The issue isn't that you died to a blade dancer the issue is that you died, then two more died around the corner, then one more in the next corridor.
