Transferring Content

For the past three days destiny has been transferring content. Every now and then it will download 0.01 GB. I am sick of this. I have decent internet. all of my friends said it took them 15 minutes, I looked into EVERYTHING! PortForwarding, NAT Type, this is so annoying. Did anyone solve this problem, and how do I contact Bungie?
