As for Peruns Fire... (the fusion rifle), I was surprised to see you dissed one of the BEST perks (especially for PVP in the Crucible) ACCELERATED COILS. this perk makes the charge rate even faster (by a small margin maybe 3-5% as you said) than Plan C. And anyone who uses or has been killed by plan C knows... that's BEASTMODE! When I reforged mine a few times I wound up with Hip fire and accelerated coils. Frees up exotic slot and acts just like plan C. shocked you don't think that's worth it. I love it.
