I have IB gear but I'm not wearing it, it's in the Vault with my other unused 30 raid gear

Yeah i think they made the iB gear a little better cuz its harder to get but congrats dude

I just don't want to level it up, and my other gear is balanced out nicely. I might use it eventually.
