I've cheesed Atheon a whooping 1 time, wasn't a fan. There is no grey area between 30s, you earn it either way. You can get to rank 4 in IB being completely awful at PvP. You can get carried through the raid if you're not a complete idiot. Level 30 is level 30..period.
