I have 2 30s with raid gear and a soon to be 30 hunter with both of the ib pieces of gear. I think the raid gear is a much bigger achievement, it means you stuck with it week after week of shards and energy to finally get that gear you have worked so hard for. I got my ib gear in 2 days lol
