I'm pretty sure the the iron banner took about 4-5 days to get level 30, some people still done have raid gear.. I got all raid gear, I'm pretty sure it says I'm a level 30..and I'm pretty sure in a true level 30

Got my full set of raid gear in a week, wasn't earned lol just RNG. On the other hand iron banner gear is actually earned.

Why do people say it's actually earned? If you are playing the game isn't that earning it? Doesnt being able to play the raid on normal and hard difficulty take skill? I'm pretty sure it does, if not people wouldn't be playing it on the iron banner for gear, you can lose and still rank up on iron banner, on the raid if you can't beat it you don't get anything.

Cuz it takes a set amount of time and effort against real opponents rather than simple AI and a RNG

You're also killing mindless enemies. I beat the hard raid in under an hour today lol.

Edited by Striker93175: 11/26/2014 8:43:18 PMIt only took 2 days. Jump in and out looking for games almost over... Collect 5 tokens this way (might take 5 mins vs a full 15 min game). Find another game in progress winning (leave if losing once maxed tokens)... Profit. PS for added quickness when you need the win to cash in the tokens drop light level from 30 to 20 when searching... Stay in games with highest player 24 or 25... Switch back to 30 in game and lol.
