I own both and they are well balanced. Found Verdict I use this in Crucible instead of my Invective since I want to carry more ammo. Great PvP gun but no point ranking up unless you plan to go in Iron Banner. I don't recommend shotguns for PvE. Lord High Fixer Barely touched it because I got Fatebringer and Last Word. Use it when you want to equip a different exotic in a different slot if you have one and but want to rock a hand cannon. Otherwise, Last Word is the best option.
