You're proving yourself a real tard itt.
-
I was just informed otherwise. I had misunderstood what I had read, as the article/book was poorly worded. It said that the Precursors are the mythological creators of the forerunners and ancient humans.
-
Ah, I see.
-
They aren't a myth.
-
Yes they are. It flat out says they're a Forerunner myth and is the supposed creators, yet there's no proof.
-
You need to read up on Halo lore, bud.
-
I did read up. And that's exactly what is says. I haven't read any novels so I'm going off of halo encyclopedias and what not.
-
Obviously not, you just admitted a lack of knowledge in this matter to someone else.
-
No, I said "guess you learn something new everyday." Which meant I learned something.
-
Which means you lacked knowledge before.
-
About a minor topic because I was misinformed by a source directly from Halo. It was merely about the precursors being a myth or not.
-
Which is the entire point of what I said. You don't have an valid argument there.
-
How so? You said I'm not knowledgable. Which I am. Just because I was misinformed about something minor does not mean I'm not knowledgable.
-
-
To say I'm not knowledge implies I have no knowledge. Which I do.
-
-
Dude there are literally characters in the novels who are Precursors. The precursors built very real very dangerous weapons and structures that Forerunners actively revered and studied. The entire reason the Flood exists is because of them; they are Precursors in there newest form. The "myth" comes from forerunners worshipping them. They're a myth in the same way the forerunners are mythologized by the covenant.
-
Oh. guess you learn something new everyday.
