I'm a huge fan of Star Wars and Halo. I have to say I like Star Wars more as I have been a fan longer. I also know a lot about Star Wars. It seems tough between these two.
Halo have the Flood, Halo Array, Shield Worlds, and the OP Precursors.
Star Wars have the Yuuzhan Vong, Zonama Sekot, extremely potent force users (Nihilus to name an example), and there's always wounds in the force and Abeloth (also OP).
One thing is certain, the battle won't be decided by conventional warfare so throw all that out the window.
I'm going to vote Halo for now because of the Precursors, but that is subject to change if I remember something in the Star Wars universe that I'm forgetting.

Chief never had any super power like Vader, does Chief use the force, does he use a lightsaber that he can swing faster, can he mind control people, can he force choke, no so Vader would easily beat chief with just one force choke, the reason why chief defeated the Didact was because of the help from Cortana, BIAS Halo fans <_<

Well what happens if chief uses the unsc infinity main guns to shoot vader. What's vader going to do? Stop lasers with the force?

Depends on whether or not this fight includes ALL EU and non cannon everything. There are certain situations where a jedi has blocked a lightsaber with the force sooo... I still have my bet on Halo though.

Considering the fact the users of the force can survive through the force and continue to use it past the grave, the flood have no power over those with no physical body to control. Darth Nihilus could destroy any lifeform he wished merely by talking to it. Abeloth... well Abeloth is Abeloth. And then theyres the Sith, who some of which were capable of possessing lifeform a and mutating them to powers of the dark side using just their mind. Some Sith developed wormholes, while others learned how to bring back the dead. And then Star Wars has their most powerful weapon yet... JarJar binks, capable of ruining an entire universe with just his appearance!
