Petition to bring back Randal the Vandal
Enough said. We want Randal Back!
Edit: for those who don't know, Randal no longer has a much health as he originally did

Yes I want him back, not as a public event or a random event, but just a super strong vandal that likes to chill on the forgotten shores.
