For the longest time I believed Xur was RNG..i still believe this to be true...but now its clear now that Voidfang Vestments is just clearly all possible possibilities at every possible moment.

This is the exact reason I cant get motivated to get my warlock from lvl 1. The other exotic chest would have done ot for me. Maybe the gaunlets will pop for the warlock...maybe...
