I'd be more suspicious that bungie controls it if he sells yet another gun he's never sold before, next week. If you haven't noticed there have been tons of armor repeats, but in the last few weeks he's sold guns he had not previously sold. Right now there are only 3 guns that he hasn't sold (hardlight, universal remote, and thunderlord) if he sells one of these next week, my suspicious will rise. The probability is him selling one of those as opposed to a repeat is low. Not talking about individual probability, but about the combined probability of sold vs not sold yet.

I called that he would sell Plan C. It was a rare exotic that is actually going to be perfect for the Crota's End raid. It shreds the Knights' arc shields as if they don't exist. Bungie wants to make it easy for the casual so they give them the tools they will need to beat the raid. Now there is a 1.5 weeks to max it out. I was already going to have my Plan C equipped for the raid. Seeing Xur sell it now, I won't understand why anyone wouldn't.

If that's their reasoning then thunderlord must be next.
If that's their reasoning then thunderlord must be next.
. Yup. But you may want Super Good Advice for the solar damage and it should be rerolled (hence improved) when the DLC drops. I am planning on using a solar Deviant Gravity though. My initial Crota's End loadout: Fatebringer w/Shadow Price and VoC Plan C w/Solar Light/Beware and Ice Breaker solar Deviant Gravity w/Gjallerhorn I would bring Atheon's Epilogue, but Shadow Price is more stable and it will only be for the waves of thralls we will undoubtably face at some point during the raid.

I'll probably use VOC, plan c, and hezen vengeance

I don't know, personally I will be using P&T for shield removals. Something tells me we will find a snipe spot for this raid too :p
