He's not saying that. His statement only meant that each exotic has a 1/6 chance of being chosen every week. In order to find the probability of this happening 4x in a row you put 1/6^4. However this can be inaccurate due to the fact that we don't know what the actual chances are and the 1/6 chance is pure speculation.
