My thoughts exactly. I keep seeing people complaining about Xur not selling heavy ammo. It's only 950 glimmer and it's easy to acquire. Not much else to spend it on.

If you are trying to bulk buy the heavy ammo, you can run out fast. Some people have over 100 strange coins with nothing to spend them on ( thanks to over a month of the vestments). Being able to use your strange coins for heavy ammo was really useful especially for people that played a lot.
