Zero. I've done a good bit of them, not an insane amount but the way bungie has it set up sure seems like the worst player on the fire team gets the best chance at an exotic. I usually have the most kills so bungie wouldn't want a good player to get exotic drops. I've had to get all my exotics from bounties and VOG.
