NEW VENDOR NEEDED
I personally believe we could all use a vendor or something in the tower which would allow us to alter our character under the armor (hair, skin tone, facial hair....) without having to create a whole new character over again.

I agree, I think this would be excellent. I know the initial setup of the character doesn't show every detail. I've regretted a choice or two and would have liked to make some changes.
