Titans are excellent in pvp. I have about 160 of my 275 hours played on my Titan so far, and a huge portion of that is in crucible (I have a day more played in control alone than any other PvE or pvp mode in the game, to give you an idea). Are you on PS4? I'd be happy to get into party chat with you some time and give you some strategy/gameplay help and run some crucible matches together so you can get the hang of it. The learning curve is steeper than the other two classes but just being easier doesn't necessarily make them better. ;)
