I had just noticed this after the patch, I have more than enough to trade is on several materials but bungie in their wisdom decided to punish those that dont pvp. I am not a fan of pvp unless its iron banner to get the gear. Bungie needs to put the material exchange back in and not screw with something that's not broken...sometimes to not ruin a game all you need to do is leave what's not broken alone

I hate pvp but to that effect i enjoyed iron banner but that was due to friends i guess

for faction gear - I dont think so friend... I used this method to rank up all 3 factions and buy all their good weapons with the crucible marks earned from selling material to the crucible quartermaster. No multiplayer required! Its weird that as soon as I ran out of weapons to buy they changed the game so that you cannot earn crucible marks any other way than in the crucible .... oh well. I think alot of people will be upset once they realise the repercussions of this. Now its only worth ranking up the factions to get a possible piece of gear at level 3 with each.
