Of course it is. Now enjoy my not helping in Control. I got PVE things to do on those maps like sparrow flipping.

Edited by TheOrcBarbarian: 12/2/2014 1:55:34 AMWhy, what is your reasoning? I thought it was way better the other way. Of course the exchange rate was a little steep, 50 for 5. If it was reversed now, 20 for 10, I'd be all over it. As it is I can find way more then 20 materials in the time it takes me to earn 10 Marks. Why is Bungie trying to force a lose\lose option on us?
-
Ya but farming materials is boring PvP is not boring
-
Why not both?
-
I have an idea for this. You could convert Marks to materials, then vault materials. Load character 2 and convert materials back to marks thus allowing you to transfer marks between characters, which for some reason is not allowed. But you can transfer the item you buy to another character. Weird!
-
It's not hard to earn marks in my opinion
-
Sure, if you enjoy PvP. If you don't, your screwed.
-
So play vanguard tiger and slap on a faction mark for crucible marks. Pretty shrr that works. Besides why do you need marks so much?? Especially crucible marks.
-
It doesn't work that way. Crucible marks are used for faction vendors.
-
OHHH ok that makes sense lol my bad. Cant you just slap on a faction mark and play vanguard tiger though? If im not mistaken it will give you C. Marks instead of vanguard?
-
The faction Mark/bond/cloak only changes rep rewards. They don't effect the marks.

Exactly
