Tiger strikes aren't the issue. It's crucible marks you need for other factions.
Btw Devil You Know, A1, and Shadow Price are good vanguard weapons.

I'm talking about factions like dead orbit new monarch the ones that require you to wear the class item crucible and vanguard have nice perks on some weapons but that's it
