2 users, keep experiencing ammo synthesis packs failing to provide ammo in the game.

Are you dead, waiting for re-spawn when you use a Ammo Synth? If so, it's a bug. The Ammo Synth pack will be used, disappear from your inventory, your weapon will not be reloaded and to add injury to insult, you are now stuck with a 5 minute cool down timer before you can use an ammo synth again.

Make sure you have an open spot in your inventory if it is full your ammo synthesis won't work.
