VoC got more effective DPS, more range, more ammo AND no exotic.
VoC much > Vex

Exactly. I'm tired of people saying VoC and Vex can't be compared. They are full auto solar primaries that are acquired in the raid. The VoC may fire slightly slower but in terms of DPS it can't be beat.
