to be fair , you have to BUY the DLC, these updates are no charge... so not really the same at all. Having said that I am happy to see the PVP crowd getting some strong changes , good for them. Just a shame Bungie is trampling all over the PVE game to do it. clearly it was faster and easier to just swap out the sell feature for buy one... instead of creating a whole new one..
