In my opinion thorn was over buffed. It should have been left as is just with a faster reload and returned mark of dead damage. Lower recoil, higher clip, lighting enemies up when hit in addition to the faster reload, mark of dead damage and the already excellent accuracy/range and above average hipfire and you get pretty much the best handcannon in the game
