Well, why shouldnt it be the best one?
I mean, Hawkmoon is a sniper, TLW a shotgun and Thorn a Fusionrifle
So its balanced, every gun plays differently

Thorn isn't really hard to get imo. Or at least less people have hawkmoon because its an exclusive. But thorn is probably the most common bounty to get, and if you are decent at pvp the bounty is easy. I fully completed the entire thorn bounty in 5 hours after getting it
