Actually going from 38 to 45 considering the player has 200 health in PvP it went from a 6 shot headshot to a 5 shot head shot, you can get 4 headshots and a body shot where as before it required 4 headshots and 2 body shots... It also goes up to 51 per headshot with crowd control active so that's a 4 shot headshot where as before with crowd control it was a 5 shot headshot... you were saying?
