EVENTUALLY yes. But that "eventually" could mean the next raid or the 200th raid. If i can turn in mats that i receive from doing my bounties and patrols to help get some better gear in the meantime, I should be able. Now, i'm limited on where I can get my gear. And PvP and the raid are not the only things to do in this game. Lots more. Bounties, Patrols, strike, nightfall, daily heroic mission, weekly heroic strikes.
