You are aware that Bungie kind of invented the whole PvP online console thing to begin with aren't you? Did you, or anyone else expect them to just ignore it in favor of mindless PvE crap? And, in my opinion, they favor to PvE people far too much. You can't get to level 30 without doing raids. If that doesn't show bias, I don't know what does.

I guess you are not bias and I also guess doing crucible over and over again is not mindless. Crucible is also shotgun fest. Run close to someone with shotgun and shoot and hope the other does not blast you with their shotgun. Not very mindless at all.
