Why would you want to make the game MORE restrictive? My suggestion allows everyone to do whatever they like, whereas you want people to limit themselves to a single faction.

I never said anything about restricting. If you want (insert item) from (insert faction) wear their class item. No matter what you do, you will get rep and marks for that faction.
