Well, no, because then how would you rep up to buy the gear in the first place?

I never thought of rep loop /doh. Wondered why they took it away. Yeah removing rep gains would mean they could put it back in & it would only be crucible gear that was unobtainable without pvp, which kinda makes sense anyway :)
