The reality of the situation is that it's more profitable and much easier to cater towards PVP than PVE. Think about it, you want someone to buy a map pack, release a single map, see if people like it and then release a map pack. Plus I can only guess it takes a fraction of the time to make a map in crucible than it does to make an area for a raid, or plan a PVE event or patch up PVE bugs that obviously need to be fixed. It sucks, I know, I want more PVE, but profit 90% of the time trumps all in this and every other business. Want more? Pay the $35 for the expansion pass and move on, hard truth, but it is what it is...
