Halo ce the original for sure. Never had an interest in games until then. When halo 2 came out it blew me away! The multiplayer. The campaign in general is the only reason I love(ed) halo. But when Microsoft bought the halo franchise, nothing devastated me more than seeing the campaign in halo 4ruined by the messed up elites. Where were the san'syuum? Why did the jackles mutate? Halo was better off focusing on the covenant and flood then the didact. Forunners are the reason that halo is halo, so why did Microsoft change them into orange creatures? Of Halo please come back!

The Legend of Zelda. That's right, the original gold cartridge NES game that came out some 30 years ago. I was only 6 when I got this game. It was so much different than any other game I had previously played with its overworld & dungeons layout, the equipable items and the secrets hidden throughout the whole game. I remember sneaking into the living room after my parents had gone to bed just so I could figure out how to beat a part I was having trouble with or explore places I hadn't yet. Dropping bombs left and right, throwing fire everywhere, I spent a ridiculous amount of time on that game for a 6 y/o. Then once I had finally beat it, IT RESET! AND EVERYTHING CHANGED! I was so excited to go through and find everything that had changed. To this day I have this special place in my heart for the legend of Zelda and I enjoy all of the games they come out with (a link to the past is still my favorite! All you that started with OOT will just never understand).

As a child of the 70s I remember getting Combat on Atari 2600. Damn that was a good xmas. I was also blow away with NES super mario brothers. I was amazed how you weren't confined to the edge of the screen. lol moving on from there. Star Fox being one of the first polygon games. Meridian 59 for first online graphical MMO (well it wasn't massive but 150 people on a server using dial-up was damn impressive for 1996)

I started with the first Super Mario and Gun Smoke on the NES but my sweetest memories are related to PC gaming: Deus Ex 1, Fallout 1 - 2 , Diablo 1, duke 3d, shadow warrior, blood and many others from those days....
