I have an idea for an Exotic/Legendary hand cannon, a giant party favor hand cannon that is very brightly colored. The perk that makes it unique should be called YAY! That has critical damage increases and critical kills causes enemies to explode into confetti and the audio is changed to kids yelling Yay! Just like grunt birthday party from halo... If you've made it this far I should warn you this was half joking. (If I was serious I would have laid out everything from when it should be added or what kind of exotic bounty... Blah blah blah)
