Yup.
I wanted IB rank 5 for the gear and weapons even tho i didnt need it and was ALREADY lvl 30 and dislike crucible.
I got IB rank 5 and bought everything.
U want the gear.....put in the time for it....if ur too lazy to learn it than guess what ur gonna miss out.
