And really, does it matter if you are Rank 1, Rank 3 or Rank 30 with a Faction. After Rank 3 it makes no difference (yet). If people want to swap 50 Marks for 100 Mats then 100 Mats for 10 Marks + Rep, let them. They are loosing 40 Marks each time, and since you cannot earn more than 100 Marks per week it can't be exploited.
There was no reason to remove Mat Exchange.
