I ran the HM Raid with my friends and two randoms last night and only wiped once at the Templar fight. We did it by going to the far back-right corner of the arena. That was a good spot to bottleneck the minions, take cover from Templar barrage, cover each other's backs, prevent Templar from teleporting to the area in front of us and get good angles on Templar when his shield is down. If your team is separated and running around like chickens without heads, of course it is going to be super hard. Your team has to stick together and operate as one unit. It is difficult now mainly because many ppl have been cheesing the exploit for so long they don't remember how to beat him legit. In time, the players will learn and Templar will be a push over, even on hard.
