2 RepliesEdited by Ryuujin: 12/4/2014 3:35:02 PMIf you're a Titan you can use FoH with the death from above perk to clear it easily. Just jump, aim, and crash down safely on the bottom. Edit: My friend has also blade danced across the entire gap.

1 ReplyI heard this on the podcast today and had a good laugh. My son plays on my account on weekends and he has done the raid with you a couple of times. Both times I happened to be walking past him while playing when y'all were at this part. We both had a good laugh watching you plummet to your death at the bottom again and again. I overheard him trying to explain how to do it. Of course I'm a bad backseat gamer and have to put my 2 cents in on how he should be telling you. He muted the mic and said to me "Dad, I don't think it matters. I'm not sure he's ever going to make it." He was happy to hear you figured it out!

7 RepliesGood idea.... but you could also go to the right drop down on a couple of ledges and only have to catch the last 2 pillars to get across.... i was shown this after jumping to my death like 20 times before my fireteam got pissed and said here noob do this...lol...

If anyone can't make the jump just leave the fireteam. Once someone makes the jump and reaches the save point rejoin the fireteam.

You're not the only one, one of my usual raid group ended up doing the same thing last week. Had to laugh because i know some day my 2yr old will be a teenager and I'll have to ask him to do crap like that for me. I hope not but I'm sure it'll happen.

Easiest way across: Once platforms start appearing, they spawn and despawn in a static order. Stand on the edge of the ledge, wait for the [b][u]third[/u][/b] platform to appear, then jump to the top of the block on the platform, before it despawns, run and jump towards the wall where you need to go. You'll begin to fall, but be close enough to the back wall that your jumps/glides will push you towards your goal. Save your [b]jumps[/b] (hunters), [b]glides[/b] (warlocks, titans) until you are low enough that you will not take much fall damage. Sounds more complicated than it really is...little practice, and you'll make that jump together every time as soon as you come out of the cave. Good luck gents!
