Swords in patrols

Have any of you noticed that a new knight is out in the patrol areas.... if you kill him you get to use his sword for about a minute.

Any particular spot where he/it spawns? I was searching for him, albeit loosely, on Earth today and couldn't find him. There were two separate times when they spawned. Can't wait to get my hands on that sword.
