I got disconnected twice while playing earlier on today. I had the error codes Vulture (possibly it was Viper, can't remember) and the error code Banjo. There was another disconnect with no error code. The screen simply went black with that geometrical icon in the bottom corner dancing around for about 5 mins. I found that switching the Xbox on and off at the wall seemed to do the trick. The lag in Crucible was also worse than ever. I would take down an enemy, then they would proceed to finish me off. When I died, they would die shortly afterwards. Additionally, sometimes the 'radar' wasn't appearing when zooming in using my fully upgraded Mida Multi Tool and the gun didn't feel as effective damage-wise as it usually does.
