He is a Hive Knight that was encountered in the Forgotten Shores sector of Old Russia. I was temporarily low on ammo when I eliminated the Son of Crota. I then took his sword of darkness and used it to destroy a Fallen Captain during an eliminate target public event. I realize that the use of normally forbidden weapons is not normally approved by the Guardian Council. However I believe in this situation my use of this weapon was justified in our ongoing war to banish the Darkness from our world. I am prepared to stand before a Council Inquiry if needed.
