Infinite Force Barrier

Was going to put this under #Classes, but I'm not sure it would be viewed much. I know I usually stick to [all/trending] for the most part. These are also only for the Defender subclass. Striker, if you ask me, is only for fast and easy missions/Strikes/PvP, and is good with any build. I also have other builds, and would like to post pics to make it easier and less to read, but I usually only browse the forums at work, so that'd be harder to do. If there is an interest in the following, I'll post all the builds. Infinite Force Barrier (Also gives Blessing of Light) Grenade Spam Bubble Boy (Constant Ward of Dawn) Orb Dropper Fastest way to explain, the Force Barrier build gives you crazy amounts of shields, essentially doubling your health at a constant. I've tried it in the Crucible, and it doesn't fair all too well with shotguns alone making it hard to get that melee kill. I also understand that many probably know/use these builds, but not everyone is badass like us :) Defender Modifiers : Blessing of Light - For a shield when you can't punch things to obtain a shield. Unbreakable - Force Barrier continually recharges. Pretty awesome by itself, but with everything else in this build, it's amazing. Relentless - Increases the Strength and Duration. Self explanatory. Untouchable or Illuminated - Untouchable will allow you to have Ward of Dawn more often, allowing for an easier Blessing of Light when Force Barrier is unobtainable. Illuminated for a stronger Blessing of Light similar to a strengthened Force Barrier. Gear to Equip : Weapons will not modify to your punching/shield advantage to a great extent, but the newly buffed Bad Juju certainly allows for Blessing of Light to be almost constant, too, which is a part of my Bubble Boy build. No Backup Plans - Increases the strength of Force Barrier, melee attack speed increased. Also, having your strength as high as possible will allow you to have your cooldown ready when your shield times out. I wouldn't recommend higher than 85%, as to not sacrifice Intellect. I wouldn't use this too much in the hard raid (Bubble Boy all day) or PvP (Striker, Grenade Spam [flashbangsftw], or Orb Dropper work great), but it's perfect for everything else, especially with any mission that has Lightswitch on it. Any questions or additions, please feel free to add your words.

 • Just got around to making this build myself, now that Bad Juju is badass. I'd actually recommend a modification though, slightly less aggressive: With Bad Juju, you want to maximize Bad Juju kills as they give more super back. Now Bad Juju isn't very strong. How to remedy this? Weapons of Light + Illuminated. This combination allows you to mow down enemies faster with Bad Juju, procs more String of Curses (what is reloading?) -> more super energy -> constant weapons of Light. Add some contingency weapons to deal with the sturdiest of foes (on who Bad Juju cannot get a kill in a clip) for example sniper for long range and non-minotaur + LMG for versatily and good ammo capacity. LMG recommended, melts everything with Weapons of Light.
