Have you guys been over to the general forum in the last couple of days?
Agree with the changes or not some of these guys are crazy. Novel length rants and Butthurt level over 9000. It's pretty entertaining to read in small doses.
Edit: It is encouraging that not only do my fellow dads see the crazy but also venture over to stir the crazy.

Seems like some people need to be fed with a silver spoon (Ricky Schroeder). I'm not in a huge rush to get to level 32. Just keep grinding away and hopefully meet some more cool dads along the way.

1 ReplyI really try and stay away from the main forums as much as possible, however here's a thought.......... Option 1. Lets all jump on to the main forums and challenge all the hate posts with kindness (as its Christmas!).... OR Option 2. We just come up with a standard series of DoD mature and witty 'put downs' so that we can just 'cut and paste' into threads on a hit and run basis..... (eg pull pin on grenade, toss into a room and walk away!).........suggestions please......

It is funny because if they made a new tear called awesometastic or something and allowed people to only equip one no one complains when exotics become useless

I think people need to remember how much of the game is influenced by MMOs and also we need something to keep on playing and grinding. I'm fine with it tho, I'm still having too much fun to mind re leveling my stuff (minus losing self res for a while).

Yep, completely bat-sh#t crazy over there. The part that really gets me though, is the fact that there's so much emotion (negative at best), time and energy invested in the acidic commenting, and it's all over a game.

I love the main forums....only because i have this safe haven to retreat to .... the sheer ignorance and unmittigated gall of these people is overwhelming....so grab your popcorn and pull up a chair... i try not to get involved on most of the driville that is spewed over there but ot sure is good reading....go ahead ... check it out... you will be glad you are a Dod....
