You are a saint. I'll try, but the biggest problem of all is the fact that I don't own a mic. I've been directing teams by leaving cryptic messages that explain how to proceed.

Ah, that would make it tough. Too bad Bungie does hire people to play with their customers. If love a job like that! Just spend all day helping other players with raids, strikes, etc. That would be one epic job.
