Anyone I've spoken to seems to be in the mindset that if you havnt done it by now and don't know what you are doing you are dead weight, might see if anyone wants to do it this weekend still trying to get nightfall done ATM

People who haven't raided aren't dead weight, we are people who don't have the time to do it. If my group was on xbone we'd take you in immediately.
